Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information Hakol Kaan collects and how it is used for the SMS/MMS ordering and messaging program.

- Data we collect. We may collect your phone number, optional name, email address and business name, SMS/MMS message content, attachments and ad content you submit, ad placement and bid details, delivery address, delivery notes, order details, ride request details, prices, payment status, message credit activity, consent records, opt-in source, opt-out status, carrier delivery status, and operational logs.
- How we use data. We use information to operate Hakol Kaan, respond to your messages, search stores, prepare carts, process orders and rides, review and schedule advertising requests, administer bids and payment status, provide support, manage message credit, send promotional or sponsored offers from Hakol Kaan, keep proof of consent, prevent abuse, and meet carrier, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Payments. Payment card details may be handled by payment processors. Hakol Kaan does not sell payment card details and does not store full card numbers.
- SMS/MMS program disclosures. Hakol Kaan SMS/MMS messages may include promotional, sponsored, transactional, and customer-care messages. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.
- SMS/MMS consent. We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS/MMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with advertisers, affiliates, or third parties.
- Service providers. We may share information with SMS/MMS providers, payment processors, store platforms, ride providers, hosting providers, filtering providers, and support tools solely as needed to operate the service, deliver messages, and process user requests. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that consent information is used only to operate or verify the Hakol Kaan SMS/MMS campaign.
- Sponsored offers. Hakol Kaan may send sponsored offers from Hakol Kaan's number. Participating merchants do not receive your phone number or SMS/MMS consent records for their own text marketing. If you choose to place an order, request a ride, redeem an offer, or otherwise ask us to work with a store or service provider, we may share the information needed to fulfill that request.
- Retention and security. We keep records as long as needed for operations, support, compliance, dispute handling, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards such as limited access and encrypted connections where practical.
- Your choices. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Email support@hakolkaan.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help where applicable.
