These terms explain the Hakol Kaan SMS/MMS ordering and messaging program.

- Program description. Hakol Kaan provides an SMS/MMS ordering, ride request, customer-care, and promotional messaging service. Users may text to search for items, request prices, add items to carts, receive confirmations, request ride options, receive support replies, and receive Hakol Kaan promotional or sponsored offers.
- Opt-in. By texting START to +1 (917) 590-8002, you agree to receive recurring promotional, sponsored, transactional, and customer-care SMS/MMS messages from Hakol Kaan. Messages may include onboarding, store menus, item search results, cart and order confirmations, delivery and ride updates, payment/setup and message-credit notices, support replies, and promotional or sponsored offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Consent records. Hakol Kaan may keep records of opt-in source, consent time, opt-out status, and related message logs to operate the messaging program and provide proof of consent when required.
- Message frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your actions, orders, rides, support needs, and promotional activity.
- Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out. You can cancel SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to +1 (917) 590-8002. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from this number unless you opt in again.
- Help. For help, reply HELP or email support@hakolkaan.com.
- Purchases, fees, and payments. Hakol Kaan may charge for message credit, store orders, ride requests, applicable taxes, service fees, payment processing fees, and disclosed markups. Prices can change before checkout or ride request confirmation.
- Orders and third-party services. Hakol Kaan may use third-party stores, delivery services, payment processors, SMS/MMS providers, and ride providers to process requests. Third-party policies may apply to inventory, substitutions, cancellations, delivery windows, and refunds.
- Promotional messages and ad labels. Promotional or sponsored messages are sent by Hakol Kaan from Hakol Kaan's number. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. Paid placements, sponsored offers, or paid recommendations must be identified clearly, such as with "Paid Ad:" or "Sponsored:" at the start of the message or placement.
- Advertiser standards. Participating stores and advertisers are responsible for truthful, lawful, and substantiated offers. Hakol Kaan may reject or remove ads for prohibited, misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate content, including adult content, hate or harassment, firearms, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis or illegal drugs, gambling, high-risk financial products, debt relief, credit repair, cryptocurrency or investment promotions, lead generation, or unsolicited real-estate solicitations.
- Website advertising requests. Advertisers may submit an ad, choose an available scheduled placement, set up payment through Stripe, and consent to receive SMS/MMS updates about that ad request. A submission does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Fixed placements are charged only after approval and reservation. Bid placements close five minutes before their scheduled delivery time; approved winning bids are charged at closing.
- No transfer of SMS consent. Your SMS/MMS opt-in data and text messaging consent are not sold, rented, traded, transferred, or shared with advertisers, affiliates, or third parties.
- Privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.hakolkaan.com/privacy.
- Changes. We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page. If the subject matter of the messaging program materially changes, we may request renewed consent where required.
